A key part of our community is our willingness to share and support one another. A core example of this is in our lab meetings, where we first begin with a round of joys and concerns. These small but meaningful moments allow us to remember that at the end of the day we are people first, and researchers second.

Ultimately, like in research and in life, nothing is ever completely right the first time around. While the Becker Lab has been well-established at Lawrence University for almost 2 years, we are continuously evolving. It takes trial and error, dedication, and growth.
